Thank you for completing the freight damage claim form. An Ultraflex Representative will contact you with an RGA number for future reference. Every attempt will be made to expedite the claims process, however, Partner agrees that some claims may take up to 45 days to resolve.

 

During the return process, Partner agrees to fully pay its’ outstanding invoice, even if an item on an invoice is to be returned. Ultraflex will issue a subsequent credit upon completion of the return process, to be applied against the Partner account and can be applied against past or future product orders.
